Register CIDB G2 for Contractor

1) Document for Register CIDB G2 ( PPK ):-

• Certified/Active SSM Copy ( Address “DISTRICT” filled in correctly ).
• Copy of Identity Card of Owner/Company Director ( Colored ).
• Company Owner’s Mobile Phone Number.

1.1) Bank Statements:-

• Latest 1 month ( Must be Stamped by Bank )
• Minimum ending balance RM 25,000

➤ Each bank statement must be Certified ( Stamped ) by the Bank

2) Document for Register CIDB G2 ( SPKK ):-

• Audited Account / Financial Statement / Profit & Loss Statement / Balance Sheet for the last 3 years.
• 6 Letter Award (LA) / 6 Purchase Order (PO).
• 2 x CIDB Course Certificates, with CIDB logo ( E.g: SKP, SKK, CCD, Safety Course )

3) Document for Register CIDB G2 ( STB ):-

• Copy of Identity Card of Company Owner / Director.
• Copy of Birth Certificate of Owner / Director.
• Work Declaration Letter. ( Must be completed by all named persons in the CIMS system ).
• Bank Confirmation Letter. ( To be completed by the owner who Signs Checks / Authorised Transaction ).

5. Qualified Human Resources: Possess or have access to qualified and experienced manpower to execute construction projects.
6. Ability to Own or Access Equipment: Must have access to equipment and facilities required to carry out projects.
7. Insurance Policy Ownership: It is mandatory to have appropriate insurance coverage to protect against project-related risks.
8. Compliance with Legal Regulations: Demonstrate compliance with laws, regulations, and construction guidelines set by CIDB and local authorities.
