Company information

From 1 January 2020, there will no longer be any CIDB Construction Personnel Cards / Green Cards issued at any CIDB office. All cards (foreign workers) will be sent by post by CIDB following the applicant's work permit address registered with CIDB.

Registration Period & Payment Terms

The validity period for each new registration for Construction Personnel Card / CIDB Green Card for Foreign Workers is for 5 years. Card renewal can be made as early as 60 days (2 months) before your green card expires.

Register CIDB Green Card Foreign Workers / MyKAS (Green IC) + Courses

The following is a list of the new CIDB green card registration for Foreign Workers / MyKAS (Green IC). Stated things as below:

  1. Every new application for a CIDB green card must undergo a physical course first. (Know the CIDB Construction Personnel Green Card / Smart Card)
  2. Courses run for 6 to 8 hours and classes start as early as 8 am.
  3. After completing the course, participants will receive a digital SICW CERTIFICATE of attendance the next day (via WhatsApp).
  4. Course registration must be done as early as 3 to 5 days before the date of the course. (Including total payment)
  5. ID and Password from a company registered with CIDB are required for course registration.
  6. Those who have had a card but it has expired for more than 10 years and above, are required to take the course again.
  • Course + 1~5 Years Card Period = RM 350.00

** For those who have had a card but it has expired for more than 10 years and above, they are required to take the course again.

** We will send the Temporary Pass from CIDB to you within 3-4 working days ( excluding Saturdays and Sundays ) after the completion of the course.

** The new card will be sent by CIDB to the participant within 60 working days, based on the address provided by the customer.
