CIDB Contractor License Services

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all CIDB contractor license services provided by Rentaka Trading & Services Sdn Bhd (1540722-T), operating under the RentakaBiz brand.

Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • New registration of CIDB contractor license (G1 to G7)
  • Renewal of CIDB contractor license
  • Upgrading of contractor license grade
  • Downgrading of contractor license grade
  • Updating company information in CIDB records
  • Application for PPK, SPKK, and STB certificates

Payment

All payments must be made before the application process begins. Payment can be made via:

  • Bank transfer to our CIMB Bank account
  • Online payment via FPX/ToyyibPay

Prices stated are subject to change without prior notice.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing all required documents completely and accurately
  • Ensuring that information provided is true and valid
  • Providing access to CIMS account (ID and password) if required
  • Notifying any changes in information promptly
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule

RentakaBiz Responsibilities

RentakaBiz is responsible for:

  • Processing applications professionally and efficiently
  • Providing guidance and advice related to the CIDB process
  • Ensuring applications are submitted completely to CIDB
  • Notifying customers of application status

Processing Duration

Processing duration depends on the type of service:

  • New registration: 14-30 working days
  • Renewal: 14-30 working days
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: 14-30 working days
  • Information update: 7-14 working days

These timelines are estimates and subject to CIDB's approval process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only given under the following circumstances:

  • Application rejected by CIDB for reasons beyond the control of the customer and RentakaBiz
  • Service cannot be provided due to internal RentakaBiz reasons

Refunds are NOT given if:

  • Application rejected due to incomplete documents or inaccurate information provided by the customer
  • Customer cancels the application after the process has begun
  • Delays are caused by the customer

Confidentiality

RentakaBiz will maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required for the CIDB application process.

Limitation of Liability

RentakaBiz is not responsible for delays or rejections of applications by CIDB. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid.

Changes to Terms

RentakaBiz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
