CIDB Construction Personnel Card / Green Card

The CIDB Construction Personnel Card or commonly known as the Green Card is a card issued by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). Every worker in the construction sector (local/foreign) is REQUIRED to have a Green Card in accordance with Section 33, CIDB Act 520.

Effective 15 October 2019, CIDB Malaysia introduced a new, more efficient Smart Construction Personnel Registration Card with the latest technology.
