Bank Confirmation Letter
A bank confirmation letter is an official document from the bank that confirms the company's account balance. It is required to prove that the company has sufficient paid-up capital according to the grade applied for.
Bank Confirmation Letter Requirements
- • Must be printed on the bank's letterhead
- • Signed by an authorised bank officer
- • States the full company name and account number
- • States the current account balance
- • Dated not more than 3 months from the application date
- • Contains the official bank stamp
Work Declaration Form
- • List of completed projects
- • Name and address of each project's client
- • Contract value for each project
- • Start date and completion date
- • Project status (completed/in progress)
- • Signed by the company director
